This
educational service is for members only. The
rental price listed below includes shipping to the lower
48 for a single video. If you would like multiple videos,
the rate is $10 for the first video and $5 for each
subsequent video up to 4 videos. ($15 for two, $20 for
3, $25 for 4 videos).
Simply
select the video(s) you would like to check out, pay
for the rental via PayPal, indicate the video you would
like to rent in the PayPal "Note" or send
a separate email. The video will be shipped within 36
hours via US Priority Mail (US Only). Please add $2
for shipping to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska). Please
return the videos within 1 month of receipt in order
to avoid past due charges.
If the video you want is checked out at this time, please
email CSI
so that you may be notified when the video is returned.
